For the video supervision:

• The supervisand has a video of a structure. In total 3 x 5 mins of the structure is shown in the supervision, edited or translated into English. The parts are: The beginning, a piece from the midst and the ending of the structure. The video-structure-parts are send together with the translation to the supervisor beforehand (at least three days before the supervision) by dropbox and shown in the room in Finland to the group.

The supervisand formulates at least one question about you want to be supervised on.

• Or: The supervisand leads a (mini)structure or exercise with the group and is supervised online: You can chose to be supervised ‘on board’, that means with direct guidance or ‘from the shore’, that means after finishing the work. It also means that a complete structure may not come to an ending. Also here the supervisand formulates a question for the supervision.
